Recount of Pohatu Class Assembly

Hello everyone!!

Pohatu Class assembly was so amazing. 2 weeks ago on Thursday. We went to the hall to practice our Scripts, Items and Dances. Eva, Anoosha and Bethany did SUCH A COOL DANCE. Then the Classes came. Me and Bethany were the presenters. Bethany was so nervous. I wasn’t. We read the first line, then second.

Bethany called the people up that were reading and telling stuff about Warren Pohatu’s life. The people came up and presented their work and scripts. Everyone spoke so clearly and I was very happy. Then I said the next line for the Kpop dancers to come up Witch was Eva, Anoosha and Bethany.

I was very surprised on how synchronized they were. THEY STOLE THE STAGE! And also their outfits were so cute. Eva had an Ice block Shirt, Bethany had a Panda bag and Anoosha had a hello kitty shirt. It was sooo adorable. They even learnt it so fast!

After that, Bethany read the script and she said it was time for a song. We sang the song and sat down. Soon after, It was time for our Handshake Item. Everyone was sitting in their correct seat and they were all ready to do their hand shake. I sat in my seat, then we did our handshake.

After that the assembly was done and we had to practice the Duffy song and Nga Iwi E.

⛽🚘Road Safety Week 2024🚘🛑

Kia Ora bloggers!

On May 21st we did a Kahoot about road safety and I placed 2nd. I was very happy. After that we made a poster about road safety. I found finding a png image on Google a bit hard so I just went on the app RemoveBg to remove the background of my picture. I found the perfect background for it. I think it is a really nice poster. I would like to say thank you to all the road patrol monitors for helping us cross the street safely.

Here is my poster! I hope you like it. The 2024 road safety theme is Road Safety Hero.

I really hope you liked it. You can be a road safety hero too!

If you have any questions please comment.

Bye and thank you for viewing!
